Our priority cleaning service is a customized three-hour cleaning session to focus on your top cleaning needs. Before our arrival, you will create a list of tasks in order of priority. Upon arrival, our professional cleaner will review your list during a 15-minute consultation to ensure we understand your expectations. Then, we will work through as much as possible within the allotted time. This service is perfect for those needing targeted cleaning without a full-home service, whether preparing guests, focusing on specific areas, or catching up on housework. Since time is limited, having your list ready allows us to maximize efficiency and get right to work. Book your Priority Clean today for a fresh home on your terms. Please note that this service does not include inside appliances or organization.


Cancellation Policy

This service is designed for general cleaning needs and does not include inside appliances, organization, or deep scrubbing that exceeds the allotted time. The cleaner will follow the priority list but may not complete all tasks due to time limitations. Client Responsibility: The client must have their priority cleaning list ready before the cleaner arrives. Any tasks added after the consultation may not be accommodated. Areas to be cleaned should be free of excessive clutter to allow efficient cleaning. Time Limitations & Expectations: The cleaner will work through the task list in order of priority. While we strive to complete as much as possible, there is no guarantee that all tasks swill be finished within the three-hour session. Additional time cannot be added on-site but may be scheduled as a separate appointment. Access & Readiness: The home must be accessible at the scheduled time. If the cleaner cannot perform tasks due to obstruction, unsafe conditions, or lack of access, the appointment may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion. Cancellation & Rescheduling: Since full payment is required at booking, refunds for cancellations will be processed as follows: - 24+ hours in advance: Full refund or option to reschedule. - Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the booking total is non-refundable, with the remaining balance refunded. - Same-day cancelation or no-shows: No refund will be issued. Payment & Fees: Full payment is required at booking. Late cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a fee.
